How are they supposed to know if you don’t tell them? Waiting and expecting people to act like you want them to and how you think you would if the roles were reversed is a lost cause. You don’t know their state of mind just as they don’t know yours. Ask for help instead, tell them what you’re going through, tell them what’s going on with you. I bet you would be actually surprised at how many of them would lift you up.
