There's no shortage, right now, of things we could be doing. Without a 'north star,' it's overwhelming.
But when I can align what I do with what I love, I find peace amidst my hard work - and peace with the important work I must leave to others.
It's a timely strategy, because the pressure to Do Do Do will only grow this year.
