brianb, 2 months ago @pwaring Yeah, we do both. Salt is to taste for us - maybe 5g for a whole loaf. You don't have to use salt, but you can tell when it isn't there. For soup, we tend to undersalt and then add a little while we're eating, again, just to match preference.
