This week we got word that one girl is making her solemn profession of vows and one young man is being ordained to the priesthood, both in religious orders. Praise be to God!
Can you recommend something for a Catholic men's study group?
I'd like to start a men's group to study either scripture, some aspect of Catholic teaching, fatherhood, or some other manly subject. Ideally we would have a published program to follow. Can you recommend something that might fit that need?
What do we know about hell based on scripture and Church tradition?
It seems like our modern image of hell has a lot of other inputs outside scripture and tradition that help form the modern idea of hell. What I want to know is what hell looks like when you limit that image to what we know from scripture and Church tradition.
