[Repost From FB] Catalina 350 main bilge pump location
Anyone have an idea of where the main bilge pump is on CC Catalina 350 with Merc. It is popping the breaker but I can't find the pump to check it. I suspect the main bilge pump is in the most inconvenient spot... maybe under the plywood base that many of the batteries sit on. I'd really like to confirm that before taking the heavy batteries out to check.
Aft pump is under an access panel in the floor of the aft cabin. Forward pump under the access panel in the bow cabin floor. Check under the carpet if that’s what you have

Thanks ... I found the FWD and AFT ones... which are smaller, but still looking for the larger pump somewhere under the salon.

Have you found the discharge hose? I mean, if it's under the salon, the hose will lead you directly to it.

My main bilge pump (BP1 on the 12v panel) is under a plywood shelf that a battery is sitting on. way FWD in the engine bay... basically under the fridge. The motor was stuck in place but manually turning it got it started again... now all is fine.
