He always tried hard, all kinds of skill. He just could not handle physicality though, and he didn't have the level of hockey smarts to be in the right place at the right time.

I hope he figures it out, I wish him well too, but getting a first and a second for a guy that regressed like he did year 2... Hell of a deal for the Avs.

They better trade the picks though. We are in a win now mode.

It's a bit risky, he had an injury last year and a poor '22 before that, but if he returns to form he's a perfect fit and the price is right.

I don't know how to feel about it. Yeah, I want nuke back, but I don't want him to be locker room cancer, I want him to get help, and most of all I want this to be the end of it.

But we have no idea what happened, so I'm just left with this vague feeling of dread. Ugh.

Dude me too. The NBA isn't a great product these days, I much prefer hockey, but this Nuggets team was an actual team. They were beautiful to watch.
