Cyber culture allows for the right priorities to be set at the top.

With cyber threats on the rise, we need cyber experts.

Yet, people refrain from taking cyber trainings because they believe that only those with IT background are welcome.

Yes, IT part is important, but, as any field, cyber requires various expertise and skills: project management, communication, legal, accounting, procurement...

This is why we are, and we will keep investing in training and reskilling colleagues.
