Okay, so when I have a bad day/moment I often raid my mother's cooking chocolate supply. I know its not good for me in the long run, as it just increases my weight, which in turn reduces my chances of becoming physically active.

Do you have any other home remedies against acute exacerbations of ?

I have emergency medication, but I'm not talking about real emergencies here.
These pills calm me down and sedate me, so they are good to keep me from doing something stupid, but afaik there are no pills that you can take to quickly boost your mood, apart from illegal, addictive drugs.
Also: If I get the munchies from it, I guess its even worse in the long run than chocolate.

Any other ideas? Apart from sports, friends, music, comedy, pets, fresh air, ...
