I struggled some with the headphones, to really sell the reflection and had to redo it.
Another thing I don't like about the version you see is the line art on the lower body.
Also, the reflections in the hair are a bit different from the reference photo but I couldn't figure out how to make them look pretty and true to the reference but I guess that doesn't matter.
Overall, I was trying to strike a balance between soft transitions and "chunky" regions (a la Lois) and I think I like it.
