Personally I have a V1 Fellow Ode. It works well with the original burrs for V60 and Aeropress grinds. Though it would be crap for any espresso. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgjvLQu5NlE
It seems that all the tested beans were in the darker range, which of course works for many if not most people. I love baratza grinders for what they provide at their price point. I'm happy to see the encore with finer adjustments!
I wouldn't recommend for anyone who has a taste for lighter roasted coffees (eg filter roasts) on espresso. You need more consistency and longer grinding paths for consistent extractions in this case.
