I would recommend seeking out smaller, independent schools. All of the big names have bad reputations. I've been out of it for a few years now, so I don't know which of the big three is currently considered the worst. A decade ago, it was NOVA.
I thought so, but I haven't kept up in a long time.
Anyway, you tend to get at least somewhat better working conditions at smaller language schools and junior highs and high schools (though the latter two will want more experience).
