They can get stable work, they can have stable food, and they can have stable shelter. That's better than their current situation, and it would cost them far less than $3,500.
They claim the job market is more competitive than it actually is. That's ridiculous - the unemployment rate in Ghana is less than 4%, which is comparable to US tech sector unemployment. You can get a job there.
It's a common racist refrain to tell black people to "go back to Africa," so you might reflexively resist. However, it is actually just better there for black people. You will be happy. We will be happy. Ghana will be happy to have skilled workers. Everyone wins.
