🇺🇦🚨 Never Forget: Russia invaded Ukraine, and the war continues. The invaders and their allies, including elected leaders in the US, are relentless in their propaganda efforts. Their objective? To promote disinformation and dehumanize Ukrainians.
But we won’t be silent. To supporters of Ukraine, let’s use social media as our shield. 🛡️
💛💙Saying farewell to Ants Kitchen Hub in Kyiv today. I donated lifesaving tourniquets and helped prepare nutritious dry meals for the frontline heroes.
🌻It’s been an honor serving alongside such incredible people, especially the babusias whose strength and dedication are a powerful symbol of Ukrainian resilience.
I’ll miss you all dearly, but I promise to return and continue my support from the United States. 🇺🇸🇺🇦

📚I'll continue to highlight Ukraine's rich culture, enduring strength, and captivating beauty, while reminding the world of the ongoing need for support.

However, the ongoing devastation is heartbreaking. Civilian buildings continue to be targeted

Day 2 of my humanitarian volunteer trip with Spravzhni Ukraine, alongside incredible Ukrainian volunteers who survived the occupation.
I shared a conversation with a young Ukrainian volunteer who loves Marvel comics superheroes. I explained that real heroes don't wear capes, and he's one of them. He smiled and agreed.🦸🏽♂️
A day of rebuilding in Kherson/Spravzhni Ukraine🇺🇦
🤝🏽 Humbled to spend the day alongside incredible Ukrainian volunteers who survived the occupation. Together, we repaired homes, fed stray kittens, and assembled a bookshelf for the local bomb shelter. Their strength and resilience are an inspiration.
The goal is always to alleviate suffering and help normalize life for the people in the Kherson region. 🌻
🇺🇦Update: I arrived in Kherson after a long bus ride! Time to settle in.
Tomorrow, I'll be joining incredible Ukrainian volunteers who survived the occupation and who remain dedicated to helping the population of Kherson and the surrounding region.🌻
Together, we'll clean out and rebuild homes destroyed by the invasion.🏚️
🇺🇸 I hope my volunteering efforts bring a message of hope and solidarity to the people of Ukraine
#EverythingOpen is large financial outlay, even if our tickets are reasonably priced due to our generous #Sponsors and dedicated #volunteer organisers.
We now have an Online Only ticket option for just $79, reflecting the additional costs of providing a hybrid #conference, but we hope it makes Everything Open more affordable for more people.
☀️ On my way to a local Kyiv volunteer group - prepping materials for camouflage netting to support the Ukrainian heroes on the frontline! Also donating some CAT 7 tourniquets I brought from the US. 🇺🇸⛑️
Let's stand together in solidarity with the people of Ukraine. Our collective effort can make a positive difference. 🕊️
The 15 car convoy arrived to the PL/UA border this morning. Queue is slowly moving. Expect to be through in 2-3 hours. Vehicles for the Army and the L'viv Water company. :trizub:
