@brejoc Search for Mezzano. You may also read about McCLIM. Other than that there is CLOSOS. Top that with Medley Lisp revival and Genera open-sourcing efforts by Gary Palter and you'll have a pretty lively picture of the lisp machine -inspired experience. None of these though attempts to create a specialized hardware as far as I'm aware.

@brejoc Although there was a talk <vaguely points at IRC> about building RISC-V cores tailored for Lisp systems. I don't remember details nor the people involved.

@brejoc Do you mean the preservation and modernization of classic Lisp Machine software or a reimplementation with contemporary tools?

@amoroso I'm talking about the real deal. Lisp running directly on the machine with garbage collection baked in. Turtles all the way down I guess.
