What are your preferred techniques for inducing lucid dreaming?
Right now I’m just starting agaim to try, I just had two LDs in my life, but I would like to have them more often. I use mantras (I dont really do the full MILD), reality checks, dream journal, and, when I have time, I also do pre-sleep meditation ( i remember a past dream or a place that I invented).
