Cross communication with lemmy.world

How do I make it work? On kbin my magazine has 3 subscribers 1 moderator, but when I search on lemmy.world and find it in the community list and subscribe to it, the page lemmy takes me to when I click it shows me as the only subscriber it shows no moderators and none of the threads posted to it on kbin show up there nor do my...
