And for symmetry with the picture I posted just after sunrise this morning, here’s the matching sunset, taken during this evening’s 45km ride.

Rather windy it was at times, gusting to 60km/h from the southwest. As a side wind, that starts to get interesting 😬

@tuparev There are certainly days when it feels like that 😬

More generally, it’s just windy here a lot & even though I always plan my rides to be into the wind going out & downwind coming home, to avoid fighting when tired, you never get back what you put in.

Arguably that strategy is dumb, because if the wind switches direction while you’re out, you could lose. Cycling downwind first is perhaps wiser 🤷‍♂️
