Who in Northern Ireland should I be talking to about getting a new shed built and installed at my house? A company that'll do it right so it doesn’t blow away in a gale. I already have foundations from a previous wooden garage where it can go.
The only “tsk” is they were to come back and fit a sort of skirting board to hide the breeze blocks, and haven’t yet. But I didn’t order that when I ordered the shed.
@ianRobinson 6x8ft, low apex. I was lucky to catch one of their 10% off sales and got the shed, delivered and assembled, and the old one taken away for just over £900.
I’m delighted to have a shed that doesn’t wobble when I open the door, or leak like mad in the rain.
@ianRobinson They were good to deal with. Their usual 8x6 has the door on one of the 6ft sides, but there was no problem at all getting the door on mine on the 8ft side.
They’ll move the window(s) around to suit you too, within the abilities of the structure.
@ianRobinson A colleague of mine got one from shedfactoryireland.ie that he uses as an office and he seems fairly happy with it. I see the inside of it almost every day on Teams calls. He says the price has gone up dramatically since he got it in 2020 though.
