A new stupid I've seen lately is like this: multilane T-intersection, with left and right turn lanes, meeting a 4 lane road. Dipshits using the left turning lane to PASS the person already turning right in the right-turn lane. Because, that person legally turning right on a red light bothered to stop and look, before entering the 4 lane, 80kmh road.
The more I pay attention to both my own driving and that of others, whether I'm a driver, a cyclist or a pedestrian, the more I agree with the concept that right turns on red lights, and it's cousin the slip lane, should be stopped.
