Currently reverse geocoding pixelfed places data to collect administrative_area_level_1 aka State/Provinces

This will make it much easier to tag the proper place in your @pixelfed posts!

The following countries will be updated first:

• Canada
• USA
• Australia
• Germany
• France
• UK
