Absolutely. They get tossed into a big tray with other bits of succulents until they start to put out roots or little pups and then I put them in soil.
I’m happy I ran across your post — it just intro’d me to this community, and passed on the epiphany, “Wow, I can just turn store trash to plant treasure… FO FREE.”
