My tip would be: try to not look back at smoking with nostalgia, but with hatred. You were enslaved by a murderous industry, now you're free. That mindset worked very well for me

@bazkie Yeah, I try to think about it in similar terms. Plus I tell myself I'd probably be sick if I had one now

@ben Same feeling here, most of the time I don't care at all but when having some drinks outside or waiting a bus sometimes the thought arise. But then it goes away quickly that's always that

@nith0u Yeah, it doesn't last long. Tends to be an instinctual "oh, I need to wait a few mins, I could have a rollie"

Walking along a waterside does it too - I think I probably blame Amsterdam for that though 😀
