Dear #Sony or #Capcom or whoever: Please remake Mega Man Legends 1 & 2. They are brilliant games, and while they hold up extremely well in terms of visual style, audio quality, storytelling, etc., they are indeed 23+ years old and it does show in the control scheme and lack of modern QoL features.
A remake today with updated (yet faithful) graphics and modernized controls would be spectacular.
Or, you know... MML3. That would be rad, too. And then do Tomba & Tomba 2, kthxbye.
@ADHDefy Couldn't agree more. I loved these games when I was growing up, but I'm spoiled now by better modern controls and it's hard to go back to that control scheme. Even if they kept the graphics relatively the same and just made it easier to play I'd buy it day one. And yeah, the cancelation of MML3 was one of the biggest tragedies in gaming history.
EDIT: Looked it up, they are! Well, at least it's an "enhanced edition," whatever that means. Either way, I am psyched. I'm one of the weirdos who preferred the 2nd one, so def gonna buy this and hope enough people buy it to incentivize them to bring back Tomba 2. Either way, great news. 🤙
