Several years ago I wrote a scraper to turn Wikipedia's article of #StarWars planets into machine parsable JSON
Then I started work on a Twitter bot to ingest that JSON and tweet out details about newly added planets, or ones from the archive if there's nothing new
I got distracted and never finished the twitter bot, and then Twitter imploded
A few weeks ago I blew the dust off, updated it for Mastodon, and finished it up
