@BeAware #WWE treats tagteam matches only as stepping-stones for one-on-one matches later.

This is why #AEW is so good, they take #tagteam matches seriously.

@nafmo To be fair, there's TOO much tag team action in AEW for me sometimes. But I can see why people enjoy it. It's just for me, I prefer it sparingly.🤷‍♂️

@BeAware Tagteam matches by actual tag teams I can watch a lot of. Tagteam matches used only to showcase singles wrestlers, not so much.

@nafmo so what are your opinions on Sting's latest run? Because that's how that particular pairing has felt the entire time. Even now.🤷‍♂️

@BeAware True. A bit of an odd pairing, but I guess he's simply not in shape to do singles matches any longer, so the alternative is no matches at all.

I'm just glad they didn't hand him the world championship or something stupid. Having him appear is good enough. I just hope #DarbyAllin can get back to a good singles career afterwards, that's where he belongs.

Hard agree. I disagreed with the Tag Team Championship decision too...that makes his retirement match WAY too predictable for comfort...😬
