If you see that again, please take a photo. The ISO has an icon for the Installer in the top-left corner, but otherwise acts as a live image. So I don't really know what you are referring to.

Thinking about this, you might have stumbled over the settings of your preferred language, time zone and keyboard layout. After setting these, you will be in the live environment.
