Susan60, Interesting read. I’ve not had had either condition, but have probably been close to having a lack of interest in food. When I’m busy, with work or study, food is just fuel & I often don’t realise a need for it until I feel unwell. When I’m not preoccupied, I enjoy flavours, but even then, can lack sufficient motivation to put a lot of effort into planning, shopping & cooking. I made myself do it as a parent, but really appreciate that my partner does most of this on a day to day basis. Cooking is an occasional fun experience for me now, rather than a daily chore. (I do try to cook a meal once every week or 2, because even he tires of it a little, but it’s then a “project” for me, not a “normal” activity.)@actuallyautistic
