It's my birthday.
6 years ago my 50'th birthday marked a huge transition as my former employer merged with what became my new employer the next day.

A few days later I learned my mother's health had turned for the worse, and she only had a few months left to live.
These transitions induced me to accept I'm Autistic. I wish there was a less dramatic path, but I'm thankful to finally be learning who I am.
