@feb The first one, m.mxin.moe redirects to main domain and seem to be a fresh start (Japanese), only one post so far. Second one, social.cutefunny.net has both http:// and https:// only a 404 code. 3rd one is not responding, friendsyu.me is some Japanese and last one has a CLoudflare Bad Gateway error.

So I don't know if I should block those both still active Japanese instances.
