Police said the other three attempted murder charges related to separate meals in 2021 and 2022 that made a 48-year-old Korumburra man ill.

Probably they got new info from the husband about possible previous attempts and that was enough to indicate intent.

Felt like the search should have happened when they found she chucked the dehydrator out at the latest. But it seems like they have substantial evidence of intent to support the murder charges.
