Oddly, communities aren’t loading for me on Bean right now. They are working from desktop and Voyager, so I don’t think it’s a server issue. I’ll keep trying throughout the day though....

I can’t seem to find a way to edit a grouped community list once it’s created. I would love to be able to add or remove communities from the group....

Please add widget support to Bean. I’ll even subscribe to Pro for them. I just need a great lemmy app that has widgets like the Apollo app had. Thanks...

Not sure this can be fixed, but some posts don’t format correctly. Specifically ones with tables, like this one. I didn’t check other apps, and it might just be that tables and apps don’t mix in Lemmy....

I have “hide read posts” enabled on Lemmy. Unfortunately it does not show any of my saved/bookmarked posts because of this

The current COVID variant going around doesn’t seem like a pleasant one.

When you tap a message in your mailbox, it doesn’t take you to the message in the context of the post. The issue is that it seems to try to find the message, but then loads more comments which pushes it out of the screen and I have to scroll up or down to fin it again. It should first load all comments then scroll...

When browsing Subscribed page, add in some random high ranking articles from other random communities (with a marker to show it’s not part of your subscribed /c) this can allow you to discover new places without browsing in All.

No app updates or news for more than two weeks....

It would be cool if we could set a custom theme for both the dark and light mode. For example, I like the notebook theme during the day, but the midnight theme as a dark theme. I’m switching them manually now, would be nice if this was added as a feature....

The comment editor doesn’t seem to account for the formatting bar, because the bar obscures text being typed at the bottom when it is longer than the size of the editor. This is on iOS and v1.06....

I’m often participating in multiple conversations at once. So it’s particularly necessary to go to the original context when reading a comment reply....

When I make a Grouped Community it appears as though the posts are all still sorted by Community first, then Hot/New/etc. I sort of expected all the posts to be blended together into a single list based on Hot/New/etc. I hope I am missing a setting somewhere, and that this is not the intended behavior.

Just seems more consistent. Liked the tabbed nature of Apollo, where each navbar button had its own context. Like I am browsing the bean community through the settings tab rn. And would like to easily leave to respond to an incoming message and then come back to where I left off....

Should the Basic Theme’s Automatic do just that without having Bean Pro?...

I’m not sure if I’m missing something, or if it’s just not implemented yet.

It would be nice if, for example, on iOS devices in settings such as Mona for mastodon, we could choose if we want to translate through Google translator or, for example, Apple’s own translator, leaving a window that directly translates things for you instead of opening a window to your browser redirecting to Google...

The UI of comment threads gets a bit messy when they get very long....
