@sjvn good, they might not be so happy to improve their profitability through mass layoffs that serve zero purpose other than to diminish their own service for profit, now that diminished service will also be impacted by those same tech staff moving to competitors allowing their service to improve at the same time therefore taking market share and it now becoming a much much more important business this is to slash staff just to improve their shareholder dividends.
