SheerDumbLuck,

A smaller company ClaimSercure had been pulling this shit with Rexall. Is it time for unions to test Canada’s antitrust laws?

I don’t know unions would have standing for a lawsuit - wouldn’t the lawsuit have to be filed by a competitor?

SheerDumbLuck,

I presume there would be an employer with unionized employees who uses Manulife as their insurance provider.

skozzii,

We need to pass a law preventing this now I suppose.

jadero,

Yes, I suppose we will. It’s pretty sad that this kind of thing isn’t already illegal.

Kecessa,

How about, and I know it’s gonna sound crazy, WE APPLY THE NDP’S PLAN AND QUEBEC’S EXAMPLE AND INCLUDE MEDICATION COVERAGE IN HEALTH CARE???

Fucking hell.

spacecowboy,

This is not good.
