Not so long ago, common colds were remodeled. Now you can get it only from other sources (npcs and also some enemies iirc), you can’t get it randomly anymore. Maybe they changed some other things too but I don’t remember what. Maybe you can read about it on GitHub PS also you can see/listen to www.youtube.com/, he makes a (almost) weekly summary of the “biggest” changes on experimental cdda, I find it very useful :)
Hm, there were a lot of feral humans that I fought, I wonder if I got it from them if you can get it from specific enemies. I’ll look up github, and thanks for the youtube channel.
