OG XBox component, outputs to Framemeister but not Sony Trinitron Wega

The Xbox is softmodded and the video is set to 480i non-widescreen. Any idea why it might not be outputting? What I see is the intended output on my 4k tv, but the CRT is a 45° slanted, scrolling, monochrome image that’s heavily warped.
