Setting and running RStudio inside a containerized environment is easier than it seems, thanks to the Rocker project. This tutorial mainly focuses on the docker run command.
(2/3) It includes the following topics:
✅ Launching the Rocker image with the default run command
✅ Mounting a local folder to the container file system with the volume argument
✅ Cloning the local RStudio settings to the server (code snippets, color theme, Renviron, etc.)
(3/3) This is the first tutorial out of a sequence. The next ones are going to cover:
