I'm currently performing the first (Talos) system upgrade to the new Kubernetes cluster that #tootcommunity is running on. It feels quite special! I'm happy to inform you that everything is going well so far.
During the upgrade, we experienced a downtime of approximately 2-3 seconds when the database switched to an already upgraded node. That's a success in my opinion :)
