What is your favorite class across the DA franchise? I tend to gravitate towards warriors. Dex-based warrior was pretty fun in Origins, but playing sword and shield warrior in DA2 was a slog. Right now I am trying something new and started as a mage in Inquisition, though I miss being in the thick of it.

@Jyrdano If you like being in the thick of it then I would definitely recommend taking the knight-enchanter specialization on your mage in Inquisition. I'd bet you'd like Arcane Warrior in Origins as well.

I was thinking about picking the KE down the line, I know there is a unique staff that functions as a two handed sword, which sounds pretty cool. I like how flashy the class is, although the spell selection is pretty limited compared to Origins or the 2.

@Jyrdano Yeah, I remember being pretty disappointed by the 8 spell hotbar and the limited amount of active spells when Inquisition first came out. I'm the sort of person who wants my hotbar full of abilities from edge to edge of the screen.

I've just realized I didn't answer your original question: I'm a mage loyalist if that wasn't obvious haha. I just finished a rogue playthrough of Origins as part of building my worldstate in preparation of DA:DW though.
