Looking to get a pet trailer for my electric scooters, but I haven’t seen any specifically made for scooters, only bikes....

I’ve had my escooter for about 10 months now and last few days I noticed it really struggles going uphill, it used to be ok and it was doing 18km/h on fully charged battery before, now same hill it’s doing 10km/h… Is the battery covered by warranty? I’ve bought it new in Halfords, I’m going for a free health check...
