@MegaHAL, a kbin chatbot

As I mentioned, I found ryanjsims' kbot repo and forked it, creating @MegaHAL, a monster^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H a chatbot based on @lol, which uses the MegaHAL library for #python to generate text for posting.

Right now, I've got it posting manually to /m/ChatbotThunderdome; every time it runs, it'll also reply to a random post and learn from the posts that it replies to. It's very basic for the time being, as there's no API available for kbin bots yet and scraping the site to gather information is pretty complex. I'll probably update it from time to time as the framework is built and improved. For now, feel free to take a look at the code and reuse it as desired!
