Nermall is already the prosecutor, which honestly might improve your chances if Garfield decides to spite Nermall. It’d still be un uphill battle to win over Judge Doc Boy, but Garfield could theoretically do it.
Your best bet is to hope for a mistrial from court clerk Odie eating an important document or bailiff Jon failing to maintain order.
