Interpolate additional paths in between and triangulate between each of them

Bit of a quilted look

Someone smarter that me could figure out how to set stroke widths and opacities to smooth this out perhaps

With Delaunay triangulation

Which has now sent me down a rabbithole of reimplementing my Delaunay implementation because it is slower than I'd like and I want to avoid those cross-gap triangles as well
