@0xZogG IMO, tailwind is essentially CSS with some helpers. Unless you purchase the UI elements, it doesn't come with any UI elements. You'd have to create them from scratch.
If you don't want to dive deep into CSS, I'd suggest choosing a framework built around UI components.
