I’ve flown once round trip in the past 24 years.

I’ve eaten meat twice in the past 24 hours.

Giving up flying I would probably not even notice for a long time, while I would miss eating meat by this evening.

I know that’s not the situation for everyone, but for me, it’s not even a close decision.
