I'm inclined to believe that the artist, who seems to post mostly light-hearted things like this, isn't trying to make a chud statement.
That being said, I'm definitely aware and agree that there is a sizable portion of the Warhammer fanbase that shits out attitudes like that towards scawwy wamenz in THEIR good holsum grimdark space-fantasy game; and they're a bunch of dumb fucking twats.
I didn't read it like that personally, though I could be wrong. I read it more as poking fun at GeeDub's tendency to constantly change the lore. Very Tzeentchian!
