I've seen the prison gang violence in GA prisons firsthand. In many places, the gangs run the prison, since they outnumber the guards 200 to 1. This is not a exaggeration, either. Sometimes they would be so understaffed, 2 guards would be patrolling a 1,500 person facility. No wonder so many people are dying.
