I'm driving an RV from Colorado on I70 soon. I've had Joe's before, but it was a bit of a trick getting my vehicle in and out of Kansas City.
So, do you know of any roadside BBQ worth trying? Bonus points if there's a campground nearby.
TheK, I honestly can’t think of any roadside bbq locations along i70. Might be worth parking and getting a Lyft or Uber to a good place.

There are borderline holy wars about KC BBQ, but ultimately everything we have will top the best of non-BBQ cities. :)
My favorite BBQ joint is the one that's closest to my house.
DirtyGear, East of the city in the Blue Springs are Zarda and Smokehouse. Both are good. Downtown, there's Arthur Bryant's. It's a well known Kansas City classic, but parking may be tough.
