Mods not federating between instances
A few weeks ago, I was elected as a mod of !chess . If you visit the community from lemmy.ml, my username is listed as a mod. But not from any other instance. In particular, if I log in with my sopuli account, I don’t have access to mod tools.
I contacted the sopuli admins, and they told me that it was most likely an issue with federating the mod info, and that it might get re-federated at a later time. But it doesn’t seem to be the case. So is there any way to re-federate and get access to mod tools?
