I can highly recommend to delete all your Reddit Posts/Comments with the Browser Add-on Reddit Enhancement Suite.
Currently there is a bug where new posts show up at the top of the feed when browsing under any sorting method. According to this github issue its been fixed in a recent release. Could lemmy.world be upgraded to this version?...

Not only is this a way for you to keep your stuff, inform you what reddit knew about you and in general good to do with services you use every now and then - it also tends to be quite expensive operation for tech companies that aren't quite operationally mature yet....
This and generational griping as well.
