Hello and welcome to m43!

I wasn't able to access my lightroom catalog due to life issues, so we'll start this magazine by sharing our favorite vintage gear.

Finding uses for old lenses is one of my most satisfying hobbies, so here's my current favorite:

It was about 25 years ago my grandma gifted me a telescope and a camera to make pictures of stars. I was so happy, too bad the store forgot to tell her to also buy an adapter for the camera, so in the end I ended up only learning to use the telescope, and not much about photography.

Fast forward to a few years ago, and after I got my first olympus PEN I said to myself "why not looking for that old camera?".

It turns out the lens was the amazing Helios 44m

I've been in love since, and not only does it take amazing portraits, it's quite a decent zoom for different situations. It pairs amazing with my om-5.
